Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase!

Due to the custom nature of our photo magnets, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or there was an error with your order

Damaged or Defective Items  
If your photo magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
1. Contact our customer service team at magnet.memories@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and pictures of the magnets you received.
3. We will get back to you with the process of return or exchange.

Refund Process
 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
 
Gift cards can not be returned.
